Careers
We're hiring physiotherapists.
Bryta is growing fast. More patients than we can serve, and a team that's building something new in gerontology. If you want to do more than treat, we want to hear from you.

Why Bryta is different
Not just another physio job.
Bryta isn't a traditional physiotherapy clinic. We're a technology company building a clinician-led brain and body training program for older adults. Every physiotherapist on the team shapes what we build.
You build the program, not just deliver it
Our clinicians don't follow a script handed down from management. They design the exercises, refine the protocols, and contribute directly to the development of the Bryta app and training methodology. Your clinical expertise becomes the product.
Take ownership of real responsibility
This is a flat organisation. As we grow, team members take the lead on entire areas of the business: running a clinic location, leading program development, or driving research projects. You won't be waiting years for a title change.
Technology and research, not just treatment
We're investing in building technology: our own app, TGA Approved devices, and AI tools that support clinical work. We're also launching clinical research. If you want to be part of building something at the intersection of gerontology and tech, this is the place.

The team
Work alongside a leading geriatrician.
Bryta was founded by Prof Kwang Lim, Clinical Director for Aged Care at Royal Melbourne Hospital and University of Melbourne, and physiotherapist Cindy Phan. You'll work directly with both of them, not through layers of management.
It's a small, tight-knit team of AHPRA-registered physiotherapists who genuinely like working together. We do quarterly dinners, biannual hackathons, and Friday co-working sessions.
Meet the team →What it's like
Built around how you want to work.
Part-time and full-time roles available. We care about outcomes, not hours on the clock.
Flexible hours, no weekends
Set your own start and finish times within reason. Sessions wrap up by 4–5 pm. No weekend work.
Friday co-working
The team works together from our Hawthorn clinic on Fridays. Collaboration, case reviews, and planning.
Quarterly dinners
We get together outside of work every quarter. It's a small team and we want to keep it close.
Biannual hackathons
Twice a year, the team comes together to build and develop new parts of the Bryta app and program.
AI tools and technology
We use AI tools across the business and invest in technology that makes our clinicians more effective.
Research involvement
We're launching clinical research. Team members have the opportunity to be directly involved.
