Bryta turns two
Bryta turned two this month — and what a year it has been.
What started as a passion project for Professor Kwang Lim and Cindy Phan has grown into something that is genuinely impacting people's lives across Melbourne.
In the past twelve months, the team has grown from Cindy being the sole clinician working one day a week to a team of nine AHPRA-registered physiotherapists delivering the Bryta program across the city.
Home services have expanded from Melbourne's east to across metro Melbourne — east, west, north and south. Bryta now operates from two clinic locations: Hawthorn East Specialist Centre and Bundoora Specialist Healthcare.
The Bryta Home Kit launched, allowing people to train independently at home. Partnerships with more than 20 home care providers were established. And the Bryta device became the first and only TGA-approved reaction light training system on the Australian market.
But beyond the milestones, it is the stories that matter most. Hearing people say they genuinely feel like they are living a brighter life after starting Bryta — that is what makes this worth it.
